Eligibility for Return:
A product is eligible for return only in the case of physical damage or breakage during delivery.
Steps to Request a Return:
- Inspect the Product Immediately: Upon receiving your order, kindly inspect the product thoroughly.
- Notify Us Within 24 Hours: If the product is damaged, email us at info@shopartisanstreet.com within 24 hours of delivery to process further.
- Provide Proof of Damage: Share clear images or a video of the damaged item, including its packaging, to help us process your request quickly.
Return Process:
- Once your claim is approved, we will arrange a pickup or guide you on the return process.
- A replacement will be sent for the damaged item at no additional cost. If a replacement is not possible, we will provide a refund based on your preference.
- Replacement for the damaged products will be delivered in 5-7 working days.
- Approved refunds will be credited within 7-10 working days to the original payment method
Non-Returnable Situations:
- Returns will not be accepted for reasons such as “change of mind” or “not as expected.”
- Claims made after the 24-hour window will not be eligible for return or replacement.
