At Shopartisanstreet, we take pride in delivering high-quality, handcrafted art and craft products. Since our items are specially made, we do not offer refunds or accept returns unless the product arrives damaged or broken due to transit.

Eligibility for Return:

A product is eligible for return only in the case of physical damage or breakage during delivery.

Steps to Request a Return:

  1. Inspect the Product Immediately: Upon receiving your order, kindly inspect the product thoroughly.
  2. Notify Us Within 24 Hours: If the product is damaged, email us at info@shopartisanstreet.com within 24 hours of delivery to process further.
  3. Provide Proof of Damage: Share clear images or a video of the damaged item, including its packaging, to help us process your request quickly.

Return Process:

  • Once your claim is approved, we will arrange a pickup or guide you on the return process.
  • A replacement will be sent for the damaged item at no additional cost. If a replacement is not possible, we will provide a refund based on your preference.
  • Replacement for the damaged products will be delivered in 5-7 working days.
  • Approved refunds will be credited within 7-10 working days to the original payment method

Non-Returnable Situations:

  • Returns will not be accepted for reasons such as “change of mind” or “not as expected.”
  • Claims made after the 24-hour window will not be eligible for return or replacement.
